Rhys brings over a decade of experience in logistics, operations and supply chain management, having led teams exceeding 40 people and overseen enterprise-scale software implementations across logistics, manufacturing, property, e-commerce and SaaS sectors. His career spans some of the world's most operationally complex organisations, including Maersk Group and Yara International, where he developed a sharp eye for where time is lost, where processes break down and where the right system makes all the difference.

That operational grounding is what sets his approach apart. Where others lead with technology, Rhys starts with how the business actually works, mapping real workflows, understanding the people who run them and identifying the highest-value problems worth solving. He communicates in business terms, not technical jargon, which means his clients always know exactly what is being built and why.

Rhys is based in Sydney with his wife and daughter. When he steps away from the business, he's most likely in the surf or somewhere new in the world with his family.

Matthew has spent 20+ years in IT, starting in client technical support during the tech boom, then onsite support for a 200-person financial services company, followed by years at a managed service provider looking after clients across multiple industries.

He builds with n8n, Python and a mix of local and cloud AI models and specialises in integrating AI into the tools businesses already use, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero and the rest of the everyday stack. He also runs production-grade self-hosted infrastructure, which means clients who care about keeping their data on their own terms have a real option, not a marketing line.

Matthew is a problem-solver first and a technologist second. He builds AI solutions the same way he used to fix broken systems, so the team on the other end can actually use them. No jargon. No clever tech that no one touches after handover. Just practical tools that solve the problem they were built for.

Based in Sydney with his wife and two kids. Outside of work you'll find him chasing clear skies for astrophotography, on the water fishing with his kids, or on the wall rock climbing.
